Sorry for the lack of updates! I’ve been job hunting all day for the past couple days and haven’t had a chance to sit with my laptop for a bit. If I get a chance tonight I’ll post some workouts, recipes and updates on my progress!

One of those days where food is gross, praisee the lawd!
Came down with stomach flu so didn’t get to go to gym :( wah still sick today too but going to try to exercise later tonight, even just some stretching.
Food: scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, half a cup of yogurt, handful of grapes 12 wontons, a 3/4 can of tomato soup, handful of almonds
Drinks: water, earl gray tea with 3 Splenda and milk
Just found SO many good recipes that are low in carbs and calories! Will post them tomorrow :) Yum yum!
