This is my weight-loss story. I wish it to be a healthy one. I have previously struggled with eating disorders and I don't want to go back to that place, but I DO want to lose weight. Every day I'll post my current weight, the exercises I've done, and what I've had to eat and drink, plus more. I'll post healthy diet plans, fun exercises, and tasty but nutritional recipes. I'd prefer to be kept anonymous, so you can call me S.

Sorry for the lack of updates! I’ve been job hunting all day for the past couple days and haven’t had a chance to sit with my laptop for a bit. If I get a chance tonight I’ll post some workouts, recipes and updates on my progress!

Came down with stomach flu so didn’t get to go to gym :( wah still sick today too but going to try to exercise later tonight, even just some stretching.

Food: scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, half a cup of yogurt, handful of grapes 12 wontons, a 3/4 can of tomato soup, handful of almonds

Drinks: water, earl gray tea with 3 Splenda and milk

Just found SO many good recipes that are low in carbs and calories! Will post them tomorrow :) Yum yum!
